Early Life and Education

Mishal Al-Ahmad was born on 27 September 1940 in Kuwait City. He is the seventh son of Sheikh Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah, who ruled Kuwait from 1921 to 1950. Growing up in the royal family, Mishal was raised with strong values of leadership, responsibility, and public service.
